Saharnaz Nahidi
Saharnaz Nahidi holds a Master’s degree in Personality Disorders in Psychotherapy from Tehran, Iran. She also holds a Ph.D., a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering, and a Master of Arts in Research. In addition, she completed two years of study in Toronto in the field of Mental Health, specializing in “Supporting Recovery from Addiction.”
She is currently employed full-time at Community Living Toronto (CLTO), where she works directly with individuals diagnosed with autism, bipolar disorder, intellectual disabilities, and schizophrenia. With nearly three years of experience in this role, she provides essential support, relief, and care to individuals facing mental health challenges and disorders.
Saharnaz also has extensive experience in therapy and counseling for new immigrants and refugees arriving in Canada. She has a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face—particularly related to stress, anxiety, and the adjustment to a new life after immigration.
Ali Kiaei
Ali Kiaei is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in IT project management, data analysis, and the implementation of digital systems across infrastructure, automotive, and smart technology sectors.
Throughout his career, he has held key roles in project coordination, business intelligence (BI), and AI-driven solutions, consistently delivering operational efficiency, data-informed decision-making, and successful cross-functional collaboration.

She is a certified coach from the Impact Institute (USA) and a member of the Parnic Healing Association of Canada. Ghazal is the founder of 40C.plus, a nonprofit organization and specialized academy for aging coaching, and the co-founder of the Radio Tarash podcast.

Ash Yousofpour is a serial entrepreneur working in the luxury sector for over 20 years. He has been active in many fields of the luxury consumers goods industry. His experience includes working in customer goods of cosmetics, perfumes, skin care, jewellery and watches, fashion accessories, men and women’s fashion.
He has been traveling the world directly working with various organizations in the field and directly experiencing the customer good journey, from the idea to actual realization of finished product. His involvement in the fashion industry has given him experience in different areas of the industry such as design, production, procurement, marketing, retail and after sales services.
Ash latest venture was in the field of perfume and cosmetics where he developed a franchise selling such goods in middle east. His company St. Ash is currently working on a project of introducing a dozen of perfume and cosmetics brands into the Canadian market.
